POSITION SUMMARY

The Extraction Agent will be responsible for the all medicinal extracts from Cresco Labs product.  The Extraction Agent completes tasks assigned by the Manufacturing Supervisor to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area.  The Extraction Agent maintains quality control measures to ensure high quality product. POSITION SUMMARY

The Extraction Manager is responsible for maintaining and overseeing all cannabis extraction operations in accordance with Western Pennsylvania and standards set by Cresco Yeltrah. The Extraction Manager will work closely with lab staff to ensure the highest level of lab safety and efficiency throughout the production process. This individual must be extremely motivated, professional, have strong computer and communication skills, poses a current and valid driver’s license, and be a team player.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Previous experience in various cannabis/organic materials processing and extraction methods. Extraction Oversight and Management

Responsible for managing and executing all aspects of extraction processes; including initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and efficient laboratory and working environment.

Monitoring and maintaining the production facility in accordance with all Western Pennsylvania and local laws.

Oversees supply stock, orders, and deliveries to ensure efficient levels of all production inputs and supplies.

Pre-harvest meetings with Cultivation Manager to decide what product will be extracted.

Agent Support and Management

Responsible for overseeing the delegation of tasks to extraction and production agents in order to maintain a clean and compliant facility.

Serves as a role model and resource for extraction staff concerning production processes and services, policies and procedures, industry news, and changes in regulations.

Respond to all agent questions, concerns, or suggestions and takes action when necessary to resolve conflicts.

Coordinate inventory-tracking procedures with the inventory manager.

Compliance and Reporting

Ensure compliance with all Western Pennsylvania laws and regulations regarding extraction, packaging, and labeling.

Maintain accurate records of all extraction activities including employee records, inventory records and other records in accordance with the Western Pennsylvania and standards set by Cresco Yeltrah.

Ensures agents properly document all required information throughout all extraction and production activities.

Quality Control Unit (”QCU”)

The Extraction Manager is a member of the QCU and has the responsibilities and authority listed in the QCU procedures.

Responsible for approving, rejecting and releasing for sale all extracts produced in the production facility.

Participates in quarterly quality control audits and meetings with the QCU team to discuss quality control audit findings and corrections.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Analytical Chemist is responsible for the testing, recording and reporting on a variety of marijuana products, including, but not limited to, concentrates, dried flower and edibles. The testing process includes testing for potency, chemical content, and ensuring that products are free of outside contamination. This position is responsible for ensuring all products are fully compliant with Western Pennsylvania and Cresco Yeltrah standards. Ideal candidates for this position will have a strong interest in production chemistry and the ability to perform in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

At least two years of previous laboratory/chemical analysis experience. Experience in the legal marijuana industry is preferred, but not required. Minimum of a BS in analytical chemistry or a related field, with preference given to applicants with a MS. Proficiency with HPLC/UPLC. Familiarity with separations, isolations and fractionation. Proficiency with supercritical fluid extraction (CO2) on organic compounds or other cannabis extraction processes is preferred but not required. Must be a team player who can work and communicate well with other laboratory staff.

Conduct laboratory testing in an accurate and timely manner with a variety of analytical instruments throughout the production process for marijuana products including, but not limited to, concentrates, dried flower, and edibles.

Laboratory Upkeep

POSITION SUMMARY

The Infusion Manager will oversee the development and operation of the Infused Products department of Cresco Yeltrah. Responsibilities include development of staffing plans as well as development of recipes for edible products and formulations for other marijuana-infused products. This individual will also oversee all staffing and management of infused products production agents to ensure compliance with local and Western Pennsylvania laws and policies, best practices in food production and quality control, and the standards and policies of Cresco Yeltrah.

Three plus years of infused product development, extraction experience, and experience with kitchen equipment is required. A degree in food science is a strong plus but not required. POSITION SUMMARY

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for maintaining and overseeing all cannabis manufacturing operations in accordance with Western Pennsylvania and standards set by Cresco Yeltrah. This individual will work closely with the Assistant Manufacturing Manager and other Manufacturing Agents to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency at Cresco Yeltrah’s production facility and throughout the manufacturing process. Typical duties include, but are not limited to, managing the prepping, measuring, extracting, baking and packaging of Cresco Yeltrah’s cannabis infused edibles, creating employee schedules, resolving disputes, creating and presenting reports to stakeholders, and ensuring total compliance with all Western Pennsylvania laws. This individual must have exceptional organizational and managerial skills, possess a current and valid driver’s license, have strong communications and computer skills, and be a team player.

Responsible for approving, rejecting and releasing for sale all manufactured products produced in Cresco Yeltrah’s facility.

Participates in quarterly quality control audits and meetings with the QCU team to discuss quality control audit findings and corrections.
